* A detailed statement of your claim

*Pictures of the product. Please make sure the damage you are claiming is clearly visible.

*Pictures of the package box. Please take a picture of the top face of the box where the shipping label is located and the bottom face of the box where the bar code and marker writing is located as there is information that is helpful to conduct our investigation fully. The entire face of the box must be clearly visible within the frame of the picture.

*If an unboxing video was recorded, please provide that as well. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee your claim will be approved without an unboxing video.

*If the product has already been opened from its original packaging (plastic wrap, outbox, etc), we are unable to process claims, exchange, and/ or issue refunds

Once your claim is submitted, our Product Management team will review your claim and contact you within 5-7 business days.
