New Policies: KPOP USA Rewards Accounts

This is an announcement to all KPOP USA Account Members of 2 new policies effective immediately.

Due to an overwhelming amount of inactive users, accounts that have been inactive for more than 6 months will be removed from our system. What is an inactive account? An inactive account is an account that has not been logged into for 6 months. If you attempt to login after your inactive account has been removed from our system, you will receive an alert notifying you that your account no longer exists. Furthermore, if your inactive account has been removed from our system, any rewards points earned on that account will be removed from our system as well.

You will have to make a new account in order to start earning points on your purchases. You are able to make a new account with the same information as your old account.

In addition, we are implementing a new policy where rewards points must be used within 6 months of the earned date. After 6 months, unused rewards points will be expired.
