When Will My Package Get Shipped?

After you purchase your order with us, your package will get shipped within 2-3 days depending on how many orders we get during that week and around what time you checked out.

On the first day when your order comes through we get your items parted. By the second day, we have confirmed that you transaction was settled and your order is ready to get packaged. On the third day, your shipment will be on it's way to you. You should be receiving a notification that your order has shipped from our facility to you.

Why Haven't I Received Shipment Notification?

If you haven't received a notification after 3 days you can contact us for an update on your order. Some orders will take longer to ship out depending on what time your purchase was made. Our shipping hours are the same as the postal office. We ship out Monday - Friday from 11AM - 5PM. We do continue packaging orders after those hours but after 5pm no shipment can leave until the next day. You will still receive an email notification afterwards with tracking. That means your order has been packed and is ready to get shipped out the next day.

You can always view your previous orders or current orders on you account page. You can find it on the top header just click "My Account"

Next step click on the your "Orders"

You will see all of your orders pull up.

Click on your order to review the details.
