Once your order has been approved of the refund, it will take 48hrs for accounting to issue it. We will also notify you of the the refund process starting through email. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment with the standard time taking 3-5 business days for payment to return to account. The associated bank can affect the process time. If you have further questions, we advise to contact your bank as they can provide more information. You can request for our transaction receipts.
If your purchase included unavailable products, the products will be issued a refund and the available products to proceed to ship out. An email will be provided with further information.

We do not warrant that the quality of any of the products purchased by you will meet your expectations or that any errors in the site will be corrected.
PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
Once you have purchased an album and want to cancel please let our customer service know by giving us a call so they can take immediate action. Orders get packaged on the same day or the day after it has been placed. Do keep in mind that once we cancel the order, your refund may take 5-7 days to process and cannot be undone.
If the order has already been shipped out or it is a pre order, a cancellation cannot be made.
OUR RETURN POLICY
Our products are all final sales once shipped from our facility. We are unable to do returns or exchanges if the item has already been opened from it’s original sealing.
We may take returns depending on defective items with the evidence provided. If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. We also need to claim to the manufacturer first. Please be advised that the outer case/box or packaging of the product is only for protecting the product/good/merchandise. Any scratches or discoloration on the exterior of the product will not be compensated. Approval from their end is required to hold a replacement. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
This process will take 30 days. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ITEM OR PACKAGE DAMAGES INCURRED DURING TRANSIT. We always double-check for external damages.
Bubble wrapping, cardboard boxes, and firm taping are used to make sure nothing arrives with any damage. But unfortunately, damages during transit are unpredictable. For any package with external damage incurred during transit, all items received must be unopened and sealed in the original packaging in order to file a claim.
If your items have been open, we will not able to proceed with your issue. Any exchanges or refunds will be able to proceed once we received all items and inspection. It will take 30 days of receiving. All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Once a package leaves our facility we have no control as the package is now in our third party USPS shipping carriers responsibility. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY MISSING PACKAGES. Every state is different with USPS per the conditions of the weather, their staff, and any other possible situation that may cause a delay.
Please be advised that Standard Shipping is not insured. If a Standard Shipping package could not be located, or incurred damages during transit, then there may be nothing that can be done. We are NOT liable for any missing mail or transit damages once the item leaves our store. We cannot control what happens to the package as it is now in the responsibility of USPS.
Standard Shipping (Not Insured): takes about 3-7 business days
Priority Mail (Insured): takes about 1-3 business days
If your packages are marked as delivered please check in with neighbors, cameras, and local post office. At times the shipping carrier may have had the possibility of dropping off to the incorrect house or did not drop off at all. If you cannot locate your mail after checking in with all of the 3 places then what we can do is file a missing mail request. Such requests may take a week or more.
ALBUM CONTENTS MISSING
Our products are all final sales once shipped from our facility. If there is an issue regarding missing album contents with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Due to common occurrences of false reports, requesting replacements for missing contents has changed. Before requesting to the manufacturer, evidence must be provided that the item was not located from the very beginning. The evidence required must be an unboxing video (with no cuts) showcasing all items received were unopened and sealed in the original packaging.
Replacement processes may take a week to 4 weeks.
If your items have been open and no evidence is available, we may still request a replacement but it is not guaranteed one will be provided.
Our products are all final sales once shipped from our facility. If there is an issue regarding a damaged poster with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Due to common occurrences of false reports, requesting replacements for damaged items has changed. Evidence must be provided that the item was damaged from the very beginning. This includes a true unboxing video that begins before unwrapping the poster tube as proof that the customer did not cause the damages. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide replacements if a true unboxing video is not present.
INTERNAL ALBUM/ITEM DAMAGES
Our products are shipped directly from the entertainment company sealed. If there is an issue regarding damaged album contents, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery.
Due to the common occurrence of false reports, the policy for replacing damaged contents has changed. Before we can request a replacement from the manufacturer, we need to be able to provide evidence that the item was damaged before opening. This includes a true unboxing video that begins before unwrapping the seal as proof that the customer did not cause the damages. The entertainment company requires this evidence, due to frequent false reports.
The replacement process may take 1-4 weeks.
If your items have been opened and there is no evidence it was damaged prior, we may still request a replacement, but cannot guarantee one will be provided.
As a user of the site, you agree not to:
- Systematically retrieve data or other content from the site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
- Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the site or the networks or services connected to the site.
- Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Marketplace Offerings to you.

We cannot guarantee the site will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the site, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.
