Once your order has been approved of the refund, it will take 48hrs for accounting to issue it. We will also notify you of the the refund process starting through email. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment with the standard time taking 3-7 business days to see this refund reflected in your account. Please note that the exact timing might vary based on your payment provider’s policies.
If you have further questions, we advise to contact your bank as they can provide more information. You can request for our transaction receipts.
If your purchase included unavailable products, the products will be issued a refund and the available products to proceed to ship out. An email will be provided with further information.

It’s important to note that our orders are typically packaged on the same day or the day after they are placed. Upon cancellation of your order, please be aware that your refund may take 5-7 days to process. Once the refund has been processed, it cannot be undone.
It’s important to note that there are specific restrictions on cancellations:
- If the order has already been shipped out, we are unable to cancel it.
- If the order is a pre-order, a cancellation cannot be made once it has been placed.

OUR RETURN POLICY
All products shipped from our facility are considered final sales. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened from their original sealing.
Returns may be considered for defective items, provided that appropriate evidence is provided. If you encounter any issues with your order, it is imperative to contact us within 7 days of delivery. We also require that you allow us to initiate a claim with the manufacturer as part of the return process. Please be aware that the outer case, box, or packaging of the product is primarily intended for the protection of the product, merchandise, or goods contained within. Any scratches/dents or discoloration on the exterior of the product packaging will not be eligible for compensation. Approval from the manufacturer is required to proceed with a replacement. Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This process may take up to 30 days.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES INCURRED BY ITEMS OR PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT. While we take precautions such as bubble wrapping, using cardboard boxes, and firm taping to prevent damage, unpredictable events can occur during transit.
IF A PRODUCT IS VISIBLY DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ON ITS EXTERIOR, PLEASE DO NOT UNWRAP THE PRODUCTS
For any package with external damage incurred during transit, we require an unboxing video clearly demonstrating the issue as it was received. All items must remain unopened and sealed in their original packaging to file a claim for package damage. If items have been opened, we cannot proceed with your issue.
Any fine spots, scratches, flaws, or textural conditions that cannot be seen/identified from a 30 cm distance cannot be a reason for exchanges or return. Due to material of magazines, corners will naturally curl, bend, fold, or slightly tear withing delivery.
Any exchanges or refunds will proceed once we receive all items and complete the inspection process. This timeline may take up to 30 days from the date of receiving your returned items. All shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Once a package departs from our facility, it falls under the exclusive responsibility of our third-party USPS (United States Postal Service) shipping carrier. At this stage, we no longer have any control over the package’s handling or delivery. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY MISSING PACKAGES. USPS services may vary from state to state. These variations can encompass weather-related disruptions, staffing-related issues, and any unforeseen circumstances that might lead to delivery delays or complications.
Standard Shipping option does not include insurance coverage. Consequently, if a package shipped via Standard Shipping cannot be located or sustains damage during transit, there may be limited recourse available for resolution. We are NOT liable for any missing mail or transit damages once the item leaves our store. We cannot control what happens to the package as it is now in the responsibility of USPS.

Priority Mail (Insured): takes about 1-3 business days
Ground Advantage (Insured): takes about 2-5 business days
If you find that your package has been marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we kindly request that you follow the steps outlined below to assist in locating your package:
1. Check with Neighbors: First, please check with your neighbors to ensure that the package wasn’t accidentally delivered to the wrong address. Occasionally, delivery carriers may make errors in this regard.
2. Review Security Cameras: If you have security cameras around your property, review the footage to see if the delivery was made and where the package was left. This may provide valuable information about the delivery.
3. Contact the Local Post Office: Get in touch with your local post office as soon as possible. They may have additional information about the delivery status or any issues that occurred during the delivery process. At times the shipping carrier may have had the possibility of dropping off to the incorrect house or did not drop off at all.
If, after completing the above steps, you are still unable to locate your package, we can initiate a missing mail request on your behalf. Please be aware that this process may take approximately a week or longer to resolve.
We understand that it can be frustrating to experience a missing package, and we appreciate your cooperation in following these steps to help us locate it. We will do our best to assist you throughout this process and ensure a solution.
For insured packages such as Priority Mail or Ground Advantage, once confirmation from USPS indicating that the package was indeed lost and not delivered it ensures the validity of the claim before we can proceed with any refund process.
SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITIES

By proceeding with your order, you understand that failing to provide an accurate and complete shipping address may lead to the return of your package to our facility. CARRIER PACKAGE POSTAGE DUE
Once a package leaves our facility and is in the possession of USPS (United States Postal Service), it becomes the sole responsibility of the carrier. We make every effort to ensure that your package is shipped in accordance with your order specifications and that the postage is correctly applied.
It is possible that the carrier may hold a package if additional postage is due. While we strive to prevent such occurrences, miscalculations in shipments may happen, as weight and measurements are pre-inputted into our products to enable automatic label generation.
Carrier postage rates may increase for certain shipping classes, which can occasionally lead to discrepancies between the postage applied to your package and the current rates. While we aim to keep product information up-to-date, these rate changes may result in outdated postage labels on your packages.
In the event that postage is due, please contact us and follow the instructions as stated:
PLEASE REFUSE TO PAY AND HAVE IT RETURN TO SENDER. We will provide the remaining postage so you avoid paying extra. This process may take longer for your order to get deliver but for fair and security purposes we will.
ALBUM CONTENTS MISSING

The entertainment company mandates this evidence due to the frequent occurrence of false claims.
Replacements for missing contents can only be obtained through the manufacturer. We, as the retailer, are unable to view the product’s interior before shipment, as it is sealed by the entertainment company.
The replacement process may take 1-4 weeks.
If there is no evidence that they were missing prior to opening, we may still attempt to request a replacement on your behalf. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee that a replacement will be provided in such cases.

Furthermore, if the damage is major our team will do our best to provide you with a different solution.
